International Shipping
Ask about shipping options and fees. Paintings up to 30" can be shipped flat-packed. Anything larger will incur higher fees unless shipped rolled. Generally packages take between 5-7 days to reach the destination although, in some circumstances delays may be experienced when the package reaches customs in Miami before heading to its destination.
DUTIES
Please note that depending on where your package is being sent overseas you may incur duties, taxes, and other charges to be paid by the customers upon the order arriving into the destination country. These may vary depending on the destination and are not included in your initial invoice from Ren. Please make sure you check with the relevant customs so you are aware of any charges that may be added. Some examples of fees charged by customs for importing are: GST, Levies, Duties, Storage, Entry, Inspection or Administration.
Gallery Wrapped Art
All Ren's canvasses are stretched gallery wrapped which means the canvas wraps around to the back of the stretcher bars and is stapled at the back of the frame eliminating the need to frame your painting.
Commissions
If there is something on the website that catches your interest but is no longer available, talk to Ren about commissioning a piece that works with your space or something that you can personalize. Click here for examples of commissions that Ren has completed for customers in the past.
If you don't know what to get that special someone then what says 'I love you' better than a gift certificate!
*A gift certificate can be used for a print or original at any amount and is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
*If a balance is remaining on the gift certificate, this cannot be transferred as cash but can be used towards another purchase of original, giclee or matted prints on archival paper.
